Our History
Founded in 1908, the Borough of Totowa Fire Department has been answering the call for over 110 years!
What began as a group of concerned and dedicated citizens has grown into a multi-station department equipped with modern apparatus – powered entirely by volunteers.
We're more than just firefighters – we're your neighbors, friends, and family members.

Each year, our department kicks off a community-wide Fund Drive to support our mission. As a 100% volunteer fire department, your contributions go directly toward training, gear, and equipment that keep Totowa safe.
